The average list price increased from $175.477 to $189.970. The average sold price increased from $171.970 to $184,842 - Source Multiple Listing Service statistical reporting service. What does that mean to you? It means that listing prices are not decreasing and sold prices are also increasing. Meaning - the market is still strong.
